Today is Look Fantastic Box time and this month is a collab with ELLE Magazine. The lovely Emma Watson is on the cover of this months ELLE Magazine looking very beautiful.
In this months Beauty Box Magazine that comes with the box, they feature and recognise brands created by women, like This Works, Omorovicza which is a husband and wife duo, and The Konjac Sponge Company. There's interviews, articles and favourites from the lovely ladies featured in the magazine like Mirander Kerr, Rose-Marie Swift from RMS Beauty and founder of Coco's Tea Party Blog. But enough of that, here is what's in this months #theELLEedition box.

PUR Minerals Disappearing Act Concealer
When concealers come in little pots, they tend to be quite thick and drying, but I immediately cracked this open to give it a try and it's actually very creamy and really nice on the skin. I've not actually tried it under my eyes or on my face but when trying it on my hand it feels great. They describe it as a lightweight powerful concealer to conceal dark circles, blemishes and signs of redness, It's paraben free and it's unique formula has a blend of Retinol, Ceramides and Salicylic Acid to even out skin tone and fight blemishes which is really great although not sure if I want that round my eyes. But I'll give it a try nevertheless.

SKINCHEMIESTS 24hr Aqua Repair Facial Serum
I've never heard of this brand but this is a vitamin and antioxidant packed facial serum which work to promote healthy skin and stimulate renewal for a brighter and smoother complexion. But it's main benefit is that it keeps the skin hydrated all day. All day? Hmmm that's a big claim. It has Rose Water to calm and soothe the skin and Aloe Vera stimulates healing thanks to it's anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. They do state it's suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin but as always do a patch test to ensure it is suitable for your particular skin. It's £39 so it's a pretty pricey serum, although if you're going to splurge on a skincare product, I always recommend it being the serum or mask.

REDKEN Heatcure Treatment
I was rather confused when I saw this product as I initially thought it was wipes of some kind, but then I actually red the card and it's a self heating hair treatment that you leave in your hair for 5 minutes and it's supposed to condition and smooth your tresses for a healthy shine. They're pretty expensive as you get 4 packs for £25, but it says it erases one year of surface damage. That's a big claim so I'm excited to try this and see how it works on my hair.

ST. TROPEZ Instant Gloss
This has come straight off the SS17 catwalks at London Fashion Week and is basically a self tanning finishing product. So you can use it on an existing tan to enhance it, or on it's own for a boost of colour and shine. That bronzey glow is the most coveted look during the warmer months and I for one think this will be lovely on top of a tan to really enhance and add that JLo glow. It's £21 so it's pretty high on the price bracket but St. Tropez isn't the most affordable self tan brand but the quality is definitely there.

CAUDALIE Vine Active 3 in 1 Moisturiser
This light weight moisturiser adds essential moisture and hydration to the skin and it's unique formula has anti-pollution technology to limit the quantity of pollutant particles deposited on the skin for a healthy glow. It's £32 so it's another luxury skincare product and it's great to take with you on your travels especially if it's a city destination.

STARSKIN Eye Catches Smoothing Coconut Bio-Cellulose Second Skin Eye Mask
I was super excited about seeing these in the box. I love eye masks and I've had one of the StarSkin Masks before and I love the Bio-Cellulose ones so I am really excited to try these out. They're for brightening, reducing fine lines and puffiness along with dark circles, what more could you ask for? Can't wait to try these. They're £8.50 for two packs so not the most affordable but not breaking the bank either, but if I like them I will definitely be stocking up. I really want to try more of these masks so if you have any recommendations then please let me know.

I hope you enjoyed today's post. If you have any other subscription box recommendations then please let me know. I am really interested in trying a fragrance and jewellery one.
