New In Beauty - HAUL Part Two

Happy Friday Friends. It's part two of this weeks haul. We're talking all things that have recently launched in the drugstore and online and there are some real gems in there. Here's what I've been trying out...

Lip oils have been coming into fashion in the beauty industry for a little while ago and I have tried a couple of different formulas but these by far are the best and most affordable at only £4.99. These are the Barry M Lip Oils in Coco Loco and Berry Good. I particularly like the Coconut one, it's nourishing, makes my lips soft and smooth, takes care of any dry flakey bits and they're just so affordable.

I was really excited about the Collection Precise Contouring Sticks, I have the Light and Medium shades. Light I use for contouring, and Medium I use for more just bronzing up the skin rather than sculpting. They're the perfect texture for cream products as they're not too creamy and greasy, but they're not too dry so they're very easy to blend. Plus they have the perfect amount of pigment and they're lasting power is surprisingly great for a cream cheek product. Definitely recommend giving these a shot. For only £3.99, you can't go wrong with these guys.

The Simple Kind To Skin Hydrating Cleansing Oil has been a great addition to my skincare routine. I love cleansing oils particularly to remove eye makeup as it breaks it down and removes it effortlessly. This hydrates the skin also and is great for sensitive skin and eyes. It doesn't sting burn irritate or exacerbate any ongoing skin issues. Made with 100% natural grape-seed oil and is enriched with Vitamin A and E to dissolve impurities and leave skin clean and soft.

Up first is Real Techniques and this month they released some new complexion sponges. From the regular line, the Sculpting Sponge which a pink sponge that has flat edges, and curved edges designed specifically for contouring and highlighting. From the Bold Metals line, the Diamond Sponge is a very unique shape but is supposed to be used for many different tasks around the face, the top for creating a flawless finish, the larger sides for applying makeup to larger areas, a pointed tip for covering small imperfections and the smaller flat sides to work around the mouth, nose and eyes.  Plus, it's marble, who doesn't like marble nowadays.
I repurchased the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush which is my favourite brush to use to apply and blend in foundation. Finally is the Real Techniques Limited Edition Glow + Go Brush Kit, there are 3 brushes, a cheek brush, a sculpting brush and a mini fan brush. I really like this set. The cheek brush is great for bronzer or blush or even powder, and the sculpting brush is great for contouring and getting into the hollows of your cheeks, and the mini fan is for applying highlighter to different areas of your face. A great kit and I love these limited edition sets that they come out with.

The Body Shop launched some new 100% Vegetarian Expert Facial Masks, they're £15 each and there's 5 in total. The Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask, the British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask, the Amazonian Acai Energising Radiance Mask, then there's the Ethiopian Honey Deep Nourishing Mask and finally the Chinese Ginseng & Rice Polishing Mask. A full review is coming up soon as I've not tried them all yet, but I have to say I really do like what I have seen and tried so far. There's not been enough time to see any long-term results but as with all TBS masks I have used, they show themselves with continued use. The quality of these masks is like nothing I have ever seen before. hence why they are more expensive but also because their packaging and the quality of ingredients that has gone into these is just incredible.

That's it for today's haul. I have part 3 coming up next week which is a fashion haul. Not something I do often but I wanted to share some of the things I have purchased clothes wise recently.
