The Weekly Round Up #132

I hope everyone is having a good Father's Day so far and that you're getting to spend time with your family and showing your Dad's how much they mean to you. This week has been pretty boring if I'm honest, although my 6 week old Nephew had a sleep over at my house Friday night so I've had lot's of smiles, giggles and cuddles. But anyway, on to the products I've been loving this week.

Up first is The Body Shop Honey Bronzer which I have been truly obsessed with and apply basically all over my face with the Real Techniques Stippling Brush. It's perfect for my skin tone and means I don't look like I've had a mishap with a bottle of fake tan. It's a great bronzer, long-wearing and doesn't go patchy or fade in a strange way.
The Too Faced Baby Love Blusher has been a favourite for a while but this week I have been loving how it looks with the bronzer and I love how summery and uplifting it looks on the skin and goes with any look.
The L'Oreal Color Riche Eyeshadows were featured in my Top 5 from L'Oreal this week, and the shades Breaking Nude and Over The Taupe have been my go to's this week especially. It gives a natural everyday look, whack some winged liner and mascara and it's an easy 2 minute look.
Speaking of which, the Eyeko Black Magic Mascara has been doing incredible things for my lashes and I really like how they make my eyes look once a couple coats have been applied. It makes my lashes look wispy but it gives great definition and volume. Really finishes off the eyes.

The primer combo I discovered this week are the Soap & Glory One Heck Of a Blot Primer with the Emite Diamond Primer, it's been a while since I've used the latter but I forgot just how nice on the skin it is, and the S&G Primer is an everyday essential but when the weather is hot, this is a must have.
Finally for makeup is the Charlotte Tilbury Palette now I have mentioned this every week since I purchased it, and this week I have been obsessed with the highlighter. It works great for my skin tone, and it's not too crazy for an everyday kind of highlight. This palette is definitely worth the money but I will be doing a separate post on it soon with swatches so keep your eyes peeled.

Okay so for skincare, there's been a few things which have been doing wonders for my skin this week. I've been having a breakout sesh this week thanks to my hormones so I've been desperately trying to keep my skin hydrated and protected. So the The Body Shop Skin Defence SPF50 is just great for my skin type because it's light weight and absorbs into the skin super quick but it doesn't leave a white cast, break me out any more and it has SPF 50 which is so important.
As for hydrating my skin, the The Body Shop  Drops of Youth Youth Concentrate has really been making a difference with my skin texture and it's hydration levels. My skin feels smoother and more plump, it looks healthy and has a glow about it that it didn't seem to have before and I think that is down to these new The Body Shop products that I've been using.
To tackle the breakouts, the Nip + Fab Glycolic Overnight Treatment Gel is my go to for troublesome skin and this week it's been kicking ass. It visibly reduces redness and inflammation, it doesn't hurt as much once this has worked it's magic for a night or two and it gets rid of them so much faster than any other spot treatment I've tried. Definitely my secret weapon for getting rid of pesky spots fast.
