The Weekly Round Up #131

This week the sun has been out and it's been super hot, so it was the perfect time to try the Vita Liberata Rapid Luxury Tan which I have been really loving. At first it looked terrible when applied, but once washed off and developed, it looks super natural and perfect and it hasn't faded weird or made my skin really dry. Will be trying out some more Vita Liberata products for definite.
Continuing with the tan vibe, I have been loving the The Body Shop Honey Bronze Drops of Sun, which are basically instant tan which you can mix with moisturiser or foundation to give you a natural summer tan, and you just wash it off at the end of the day. For bronzer, I have gone back to the The Body Shop Honey Bronzer which is great for light skin tones, and I have been using it to match my self tan on my body to my face. The Real Techniques Stippling Cheek Brush is the best thing I have found to apply bronzer. A good Stippling Brush blends bronzer seamlessly and evenly so there's no chance of blotchy-ness or orange streaks.

Charlotte Tilbury is a luxurious brand and I don't have many products from her, but what I do have and have tried, I love. The Instant Look In A Palette is my go to palette right now. Bronzer, highlighter, blush, and 3 eyeshadows makes my morning makeup routine a walk in the park. The Magic Foundation from the wonderful Charlotte Tilbury really is an incredible foundation. It has great coverage, longevity, flawless finish and applies so evenly and smoothly.

Skincare wise, my routine has been very The Body Shop heavy, and I have been really impressed with how my skin has reacted to the products and I just had to mention them. First is the The Body Shop Skin Defence which has SPF 50, and is an incredibly lightweight, effective sun screen that goes perfectly under my makeup, it protects my skin and doesn't leave a white cast on my skin so I can wear it with or without makeup over the top. The Vitamin E Eyes Cube has become an essential for de-puffing and refreshing my under eyes, if left in the fridge, it's super cooling and has been really nice for this heat wave we've been having in the UK this week.
I've been trying out the The Body Shop Drops of Light Brightening Serum for the last couple weeks along with the Drops of Youth Concentrate. The Brightening Serum has been really nice at smoothing my skin out, I haven't noticed any difference in the brightness/radiance of my skin but the texture has definitely improved. The Youth Concentrate is a thicker gel serum texture which adds an extra boost of nourishment to my skin whilst also having a helping hand in the texture improvement. I've tried the Oils of Life Revitalising Facial Oil before but I've picked up the full size and have been mixing this into my moisturiser at night which has been doing a great job at giving my skin a healthy glow whilst also making my skin feel super soft and smooth. I love all of these products and I can't wait to see the long term effects of these products.

That's it for the products I've been loving this week. My makeup has been pretty simple and my skincare routine has really been given a boost with these products.
