The Weekly Round Up #125

This wee has been one I will never forget, my very first nephew was born and my goodness he is the most beautiful baby I have ever seen. He is tiny and pretty laid back, just like his Dad (my brother), I am so happy I finally got to meet little Zackary and have lot's of cuddles and wish him a happy and successful life. Anywho, into this weeks favourites...

SKINCARE: First I will start with skincare and the Soap & Glory Make YourSelf Youthful Serum has resumed my skincare routine, it's like it kick starts any products I use after it and I think this is an incredible product. I mix it with my current serum which is the Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Serum, and I also apply it before my morning moisturiser, and it just gives everything else a boost. My skin feels soft and smooth and I believe that's down to this magical tube of greatness. Highly recommend this if you couldn't have guessed.

MAKEUP: Starting off with the cheeks I had to mention the Tarte Exposed Blush as this has been the only blush I have used this week. I love that it can give a light flush of colour or can be built up. Plus it goes with so many makeup looks it's just incredible. It's a rosy/mauve/brown/taupe but it just looks natural yet stunning on the cheeks. I have been pairing this with the sculpt shade from the Zoeva Rose Golden Cheek Palette, which is great as a contour as it's great for my fair skin but it's also not too pigmented so I can build it up however much I like.

For the brows the Studio 10 Brow Pencil has been a great addition to my brow routine. I simply sweep this through to fill in any sparse areas, go over with the Soap & Glory Brow Gel and that's brows done.
This week I have been loving rocking a winged liner almost everyday and my all time favourite eyeliner is the L'Oreal Perfect Slim Eyeliner  as it is the perfect size, shape and flexibility that creating a wing takes two seconds with this. If you aren't that great at winged liner, or simply want a marker pen type liner for an easy liner, this is the one I use and highly highly recommend, whether you're a winged liner novice or a pro.

For lips this week, I have a couple of combos I wanted to share with you. First is the Clinique Plum Pop Lipstick patted into the lips with my finger for a slightly muted shade, and then I like to go over the top with the Barry M Lip Boss Lip Gloss in 04 to add a sheen and make it suitable for an everyday occasion. It's a great lip gloss, and the fact it's less than a fiver is obviously a bonus. I have also been loving the Soap & Glory Blush Pink Lipstick which is a long term favourite of mine and is one of my favourite lipsticks ever. I like to wear this either on it's own as it is a matte lipstick, or with the Barry M lip gloss over the top for a more casual look to it.

That's it for this weeks faves. Tomorrow is my April Favourites so I hope you come back and check out the rest of the products I have been loving this week, and don't forget to check out my social media accounts for updates and notifications of when I upload.
