The Weekly Round Up #116

I apologise this is going up a bit later in the day than normal, but I still wanted to get my weekly round up out for you guys as they always go down really well. If you want to see my February Favourites then you can check that out here. Otherwise, let's get in to this weeks faves.

This week I've re-discovered the Maybelline Sculpt Contour Kit in Medium/Deep, as I have been using this as my contour everyday and I love the shade, pigmentation, longevity etc, and it's just so easy to apply and blend. I like to use either one of the Benefit Contour Brushes that come in their box blushers/bronzers, or the Real Techniques Contour Brush. The highlight isn't my favourite but this is a great kit for travelling with. To go with that the The Balm Frat Boy Blush has been perfect as it's matte, and a nice rosy pink colour so looks great with any eye or lip look. I love The Balm products and I may just have to try some more of their cheek products as this and the Mary Lou-Manizer is incredible.

For hair, I have been testing out quite a few new products but the ones I have really enjoyed using this month are the L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Clay Clay-To-Spray Dry Shampoo which uses 3 clays (Kaolin is one of them) to absorb oil in your roots and refresh your hair. I really liked the idea of this, it was intriguing and so far it's been really nice to use. Plus it's not expensive at all which is always a bonus.
As for styling, the Tresemme Make Waves Shape & Memorise Cream is what I've been using to extend the wear of my curls so second day curls are still workable and there's no need to re-curl - unless I've had a particularly difficult night that leaves me with major bed head.

The E45 Moisturising Lotion has been an absolute life saver this month as it has been incredible for moisturising my dry, itchy skin. As for the Sanctuary 5 Minute Thermal Mask, this is still a favourite as it just kicks butt at getting rid of any spots and this week I had a little friend appear on my left cheek and boy did it hurt, and this did a great job at reducing the size, pain and redness overnight. Love it.

I also finished off a couple of drawings this week which were from the Anime TV show I have been watching non-stop recently which is Fairy Tail

Ben and I found two really great movies that we really enjoyed watching this week which was The Forest, and Krampus (2015). We've been waiting for ages for Krampus and this week it finally became available to watch online and it was amazing. Highly recommend both of these.
