New In Beauty November / Haul

I thought it was about time I did another instalment of what's new in the beauty world. So here's what I've been trying out, loving and I highly recommend. So stay tuned for some mini reviews and first impressions.

First up is the TRESemme Runway Invisible Workable Hold Creation Hairspray Collection. Woah, what a name. They have 3 hairsprays in this collection. The Get Sleek Hairspray, the Max The Volume Hairspray and the Make Waves Hairspray. These come in at just £5.99 each and are designed as part of their professional hair care at home range. The names are pretty self explanatory, but I love each of these. You have to be careful you don't spray too much but I love to spray the Make Waves one once I've curled my hair, I then scrunch my hair up and it holds the waves in all day. The Max The Volume is another one you have to be very careful with not to apply too liberally as it can get very crispy and sticky. But it gives some great volume which again lasts all day. As for the Get Sleek Hairspray, this is great to flatten down any frizz or fly aways.

Now for the Aussie Aussome Miracle Styling Mousse Volume + Conditioning, this is a great volume building mousse which I find works a lot easier on my shorter hair. It's £4.99 and has some incredible volume boosting ingredients in there but doesn't leave your hair feeling like there's product build up and it even conditions the hair which is great too. The Aussome Volume Conditioner is also a great product. It has those volume boosting ingredients as well but the conditioning side of this product is aussome (sorry I had to do that) and I love it. The mousse says it's new although I don't know how true this is but either way, it's a great product.

Next is two new additions to my Barry M collection. First the Barry M Nail Paint in NightShade which is a shade I've never seen before so I believe it is a new polish but it's such a beautiful dark cool purple type colour. It looks so stunning and I just wish it was in the Daylight Curing formula as it is such a beautiful shade. Speaking of which the next polish is the Sunset Daylight Curing Polish in You Drive Me Navy. Which isn't actually a new shade to the range but it's a new shade to me. I love navy blues and I just cannot get enough of this collection.

Onto makeup now and from one of my favourite brands that I've discovered this year, the Too Faced Born This Way Foundation has been out for a couple of months if I remember rightly and they have recently bought out some new shades as the one I have is Porcelain which is about 3 shades too dark for me so I have to include my next product with it to make it work but I will definitely be getting the lightest shade now which is one of the new shades introduced to the range which is called Snow (I believe) as I just love this foundation so much. It's hydrating, has great coverage and looks and feels so amazing on the skin. I love it and cannot wait to get the lighter shade (when it's back in stock).

Now for the best makeup product I think has ever been created, the The Body Shop Shade Adjusting Drops. This is something which any fair skin girl needs in their makeup bag. These are the lightening drops and one drop will lighten your foundation by half a shade. It doesn't affect your foundations formula, finish, coverage or anything. It's just incredible and I am 100% obsessed with these. It opens my foundation game up to so many other brands and formulas.

Something that was launched as part of the December issue of Elle Magazine, the Benefit They're Real Tinted Mascara Primer. This is a eyelash primer to put on before your regular mascara, or to just have on if you want some extra definition but don't want black lashes. It's a beautiful dark brown colour and it really does add a little something extra to your lashes. I wouldn't go out and buy the full size as I don't think it's that good I'm afraid but it's a nice product to use if you want to give your lashes a bit of definition or as a base for your mascara.

Next is actually a holiday gift but I just had to pick these up as they smell so delish. these are the Jack Wills Lip Balm Trio in Berry, Vanilla & Rose. They smell delicious, Make my lips so super soft and smooth and are great to put on before other lip products. This set is only £8 and it would be great to split up and put in a gift bag or something as a Christmas gift for your friends or family. But these are great products and I highly recommend giving these a try.

You may have seen my previous review and swatches post on the Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lip Products, but there's some new shades which I just had to pick up. First is the shade Don't Pink Of It which is a really pretty light pink nude kind of shade which is a great everyday colour. The formula of these is incredible and the best liquid matte lipstick type products from the drugstore. The other shade is Plum Plum Girl which is a great berry tone that is just perfect for Autumn and Winter. Will get a lot of wear out of these.

Now for the Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette and this is just the most stunning shade selection. The shadows are so pigmented and buttery and they blend so amazingly well and I just cannot get enough of them. There's so many looks you can make and some of my favourite shades which is what I've swatched are Pure Ganache, Freshly Toasted, Subtle Blend and Delicate Acidity which are all just so beautiful.

We all know how amazing and affordable Makeup Revolution products are and when I saw this Cream Contour Kit I just had to pick it up. Cream contouring is a massive trend in the beauty world and I've been looking for some products to try out and when I saw this palette it was like the makeup heavens opened. There's 4 highlight shades, one of which is a shimmery. Then there's 4 contour shades which have some warm bronze tones and a cool contour cream to give that natural yet sculpted look. They're super creamy, pigmented and easy to blend. A Duo Fibre brush or a stippling brush is great for applying these products. Plus it's only £8 and I;m not sure if it is new but I've never seen it before online or in stores. Here's my Introduction to Makeup Revolution and my Haul/First Impressions on some of the brands products as well.

Collection have brought/bringing out a few palettes to their range and I managed to grab one of them which is the #FaceTheDay Palette which has a blush, a bronzer and a highlight along with 4 eyeshadows which are really nice shades and pretty great quality too. The bronzer is very orange-y so I won't be using that one but the other products in this palette are really nice and it's great for travelling. If you would like to see a look using only this palette then let me know and I would be happy to do it. They also have a #ConcealandLightLikeAPro Palette, a #BlushAndGlow Palette and a #YourStyleYourMood Eyeshadow Palette  and they're all less than a tenner each. great products, great quality and definitely a good find from the drugstore. Collection are really upping their game with their makeup.

Finally is the Maxfactor Miracle Match Foundation and I don't have a photo for this at the minute as I'm at my boyfriends and I don't have this product with me but I will upload a photo as soon as I get home. But as for the product, this is a natural, dewey finish foundation with a lightweight feel and it looks so lovely on the skin. Maxfactor's shades aren't the greatest and I find they're very grey toned but if you can find a good shade for you, it is worth giving a try.

That's it for today's post. I hope you like seeing the newly launched products I've been trying as well as some new things to me that I've been loving too.

Have you tried anything new that you recommend?
