August Favesies

This month has been full of new products to try so I apologise in advance as I know there is a lot of products here so I will go through them as quick as possible.

The Sarah Chapman Skinesis Overnight Facial has been my favourite skincare product to use this month. This really is an overnight facial and I love how it makes my skin look and feel in the morning, even when I have had next to no sleep and in a lot of pain and generally feel like crap my skin always looks great.
I have also loved the Soap & Glory Make Me Youthful Eye Cream, and I know I only got this the last week of the month but I am so in love with this eye cream, it has been the only one I have used since I got it. It's a super hydrating and pretty thick cream so you barely need anything on the tip of your finger. It smooths, hydrates, softens, brightens and everything else in between. I love it and I truly recommend it.

I have been loving the Too Faced Shadow Insurance Candlelight to prime my eyes before applying shadow. It gives a subtle shimmer to brighten the lids and it really does prevent creasing which is the problem I was having. I have been using the L'Oreal Color Riche Eyeshadows and the Lorac Pro Palette for shadows. You can see the L'Oreal Shadows I got here. But I have been loving Mauve, Nude, White and Cream as well as Sable and Espresso. They're such amazing eyeshadows and I have just been loving the look this creates.
I have also been picking up the Tarte Tartelette Palette this month too and they're all matte shades and they have quite a few similar shades as the Lorac Pro Palette but they're great shadows also.
For brows I have been obsessed with the Soap & Glory Archery Pencil which I picked up again this month, I hadn't used it for over a month but I am so please I have it back. I have been loving setting my brows and that pencil with the Maybelline Brow Drama. This combo is my favourite for my brows.

As for the complexion, I have been completely obsessed with all of these products. So I have been loving the Too Faced Hangover RX Primer and the Too Faced Primed & Poreless as they have been my priming combo for the entire month. These are incredible primers and I highly recommend getting hold of them if you can. Beauty Bay have Too Faced although they don't stock everything from the brand.
The Becca Shimmering Skin Perfectors in Moonstone Liquid and the Powder has been my highlighting duo of the month. I have really been loving how these look on my skin, the tone is perfect and I love layering them for a strobing-esque kind of look.
For blush I have been obsessed with the Milani Tea Rose Blush which is just a natural rosy kind of pink and because it's matte it means I can add as much highlighter on as I want. I have also been loving the Too Faced Love Flush Blushes. Aren't they just adorable, Too Faced packaging is some of my favourite.
Finally for the complexion I've been using Radiant Light from the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder Palette as a bronzer topper type thing to give a nice glow to the cheeks. For natural days I just apply this to my cheeks and it gives a natural bronze glow, and glowy skin has been my thing this month (it is every month).

I am sure you are sick of hearing about the Batiste Stylist products I have been loving and the Tropical Dry Shampoo. The Heat & Shine Spray is a dry spray heat protector, which means I can spray it onto my dry hair before using straighteners and it protects my hair. I've only heard of one other product that does this and that is mega expensive so I am so glad I can get this for under a fiver. I have also loved the Hold Me Hair Spray, this stuff keeps my curls in all day, but you have to be careful you don't apply too much (like with all products from Batiste) otherwise it feels very sticky and just full of product.

That's it for my favourites this month. This week is exciting as it is my 2 year blogiversary so there will be a special post on Thursday so I hope you come by and have a look.
