A Drugstore Haul

A trip to the drugstore to get some coloured liners turned into a full on shopping spree. There are some online purchases that I will be showing you some point this week too, so keep an eye out for that. But here's the goodies I picked up yesterday.

As I already have the L'Oreal La Palette Nude Rosé I thought I would pick up the Beige palette to see how it compared. The L'Oreal Color Riche Eyeshadow in Cafe St Germain is one of my favourite shadows ever, so when I saw a few more stunning shades I just couldn't resist. I picked up the shades Golden Nude, Over the Taupe and Breaking Nude (which is actually a matte formula which I haven't tried from this line before. I also picked up the L'Oreal Super Liner Perfect Slim as I haven't used this in years and wanted to get my A game back on when it comes to winged liner.

Next I hit the Collection stand and found what I was looking for, coloured liners. Collection Extreme Eyeliners in Black, Brown amd Purple, I really like this formula which is the main reason why I picked these up but I plan on doing some looks with purple winged liner or whatever and these just for the bill. I also picked up the Collection Gorgeous Glow Blush Block and the Bronzing Block as they looked stunning and although they're more for the cheeks, they are quite shimmery and glittery so I will probably use these more on the eyes, but they still look beautiful as a highlight or blush.

Continuing on with the coloured liner theme I picked up these Barry M Eyeshadow Pencils in the shades no7 no6 and no2, as I am also wanting to do some makeup looks for different eye colours. So there's a beautiful bronze/gold shade, an aubergine purple kind of shade and a navy blue. These would all look great as a base all over the lid, as well as smudged along the top and bottom lashes. But using am angled brush you could easily do a winged liner kind of deal. I also picked up the Collection Eyeshadow Pencil in Hot Chocolate which is a really pretty slightly shimmery deep brown which again would look beautiful along the lower lashes.

For the complexion I picked up two of my favourites. The L'Oreal True Match in C1, this is a different shade than I currently have, I have N1, but I wanted to try this as it looks slightly paler and looks like it will suit my skin tone better. I also got a refil of the Barry M Light Reflecting Concealer in 1 as this is great for an everyday concealer which brightens and highlights whilst still being lightweight.

Have you tried any of these products?
