Drugstore Recommendations #6 Favourite Drugstore Skincare Brands

I have to admit, I prefer to invest in my skincare, but there are some affordable products from the drugstore that will forever have a spot in my skincare routine and that work better than other high end products I've used. I wanted to share with you the skincare brands that I find are the best from the drugstore and are brands I can trust.

Soap & Glory skincare takes up quite a large chunk of my everyday skincare routine. From eye cream to exfoliators, I cannot rave about this brand and their skincare range enough. I have't tried every single product from them but the ones I have tried I would recommend 100%. If you want to see the products I have then check out my post/review on the brand HERE.

Technically not available at the drugstore but it is the same kind of pricing as Soap & Glory and I am a massive fan of The Body Shop in general. Need a setting spray/makeup refresher? the Vitamin E Face Mist is the one to go for. Need a good clay mask that will really deep clean your skin and get into those pores and get rid of any nasty bits? the Seaweed Iconic Clay Mask is the answer for you. The products are just incredible and I highly recommend the brand as a whole as they do everything from makeup to body care (of course, you must have heard or tried their body butters?) as well as shampoos and conditioners to fragrances. Check out their different skincare ranges to find something suitable for your skin needs.

Simple is another one of the brands that I trust in the drugstore. They don't use harsh chemicals and for the most part their products are very simple and non offensive. The entire Simple range is suitable for sensitive skin and not one of their products has broken me out. If you need to strip back your skincare routine and go back to basics, this is the brand I would recommend to you.
Neutrogena are the brand that are well known for their spot fighting ranges, the Oil Free Face Washes  or the 2 in 1 Wash & Masks are just great for those struggling with the odd pimple or full blown acne. They're also great products to use on your body too if you have any issues with spots on your chest or back etc. I use their Oil Free Moisturiser twice a day on the areas I tend to break out which is my chin and around my nose and it works a treat. Plus both brands are super affordable and its worth giving them a try if you're on the hunt for some new skincare products from the drugstore.

Garnier is another brand that I can trust when it comes to providing me with gentle skincare that doesn't irritate my skin or any concerns that I have. I've recently picked up the Miracle Sleeping Cream so I can't recommend that 100% just yet but it's doing great so far and as with all the other products I've tried from the brands, from moisturisers, to toners and face washes, they all do a great job at balancing out my skin and leaving it feel hydrated, not stripped or too dry, that's never a good sign.

There's the 4 brands I can recommend to you for quality yet affordable skincare that works for most skin types and is gentle and non offensive to skin.

What's your favourite brands or ranges of skincare from the drugstore?

Everyone's skin is different, therefore something that works for me may not work for you. All views and opinions are my own, I am not being sponsored or paid to say any of this, I just genuinely love these brands and the products I have tried have all left an impression on me, and I can recommend them 100% as they work for my skin.
