A Teeny Tiny Haul

I have a beauty haul for you today and I've picked up a few things over the last few weeks that I am really pleased with so I thought I would share my first impressions.

First I went to the Barry M stand to pick up some more nail polishes that I had spotted on a previous ponder through Boots. First I got two more of the Sunset Polishes in Make me Teal and Fuchsia Generation. Then I went for the Quick Dry in Need for Speed and Get Set Go, and then the Gelly Hi Shine in Sugar Plum. I love all of the nail polish formulas that they have and think they're all great quality for such an incredible affordable price.
I also picked up the Flawless Light Reflecting Concealer in 1 and the Lip Boss High Powered Gloss in 4. I haven't tried any complexion products or lip products from Barry M and I've been using them for a week and I really am loving them.

Maybelline have some new launches which comes in the form of a neutral eyeshadow palette and contour powders to Carl out those cheek bones. First is The Nudes Palette which has 12 shades, 5 mattes and 7 shimmery shadows and the pigmentation on both formulas is really good for a drugstore palette. I'm sure you'll see it in future posts and if you want a review and swatches then just let me know.
I also picked up the Master Sculpt Powders in Light/Medium & Medium/Dark. These are contour and highlighting palettes, and I picked up both shades that were available as I wanted to see the difference and I actually prefer the medium/dark one for contouring and the light/medium one as a bronzer. The highlighters are beautiful, very pigmented and has just the right amount of shimmer I think.

After trying the Colour Radiance Shampoo and Sleek Restorer Conditioner I picked up the Garnier Ultimate Blends Strength Restorer Shampoo and Conditioner as I wanted to see how these performed as I have been having a situation where my hair gets incredibly knotty incredibly fast and I am hoping that this we'll help to soften my hair and tame it slightly too. Which is why I also bought the matching Strength Restorer Serum as it can be used on wet or dry hair to tame and smooth the look of split ends and frizzy hair. It's very light, not too oily but it nourishes the hair too. I've only used it a few times on its own without the shampoo and conditioner but I will keep you updated once I use the entire line and if and when I notice a difference.

Some repurchases and first off is the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil Free Moisturiser which I have used for nearly 2 years now and I use it morning and night on the areas where I tend to break out and it just helps to treat any spots throughout the day and whenever I don't use it I notice a difference. I use another moisturiser over the top, this is just like a spot treatment that I apply before serum or moisturiser.
Then I picked up the Tresemme Volumising Dry Shampoo, and this is the only one I feel like actually does something for my hair to volumise, refresh and absorb any oil. It's affordable, it's easy to use and I love it.
I've been using the Radox Coconut Kiss Shower Gel all month and I am totally obsessed with the scent so I just had to pick up another one. I cannot get over how amazing it smells and everyone needs to go and give this a whiff, it will change your shower gel experience forever.

I also picked these two amazing products up again as I've been without them for a while trying some new things and nothing comes close to these products. I noticed a difference in my hair straight away after the first use so I highly recommend these products. I'm definitely going to try the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask from the range.

I managed to nab this little duo from QVCUK.com as I've liked the few Tarte products I've tried. So far I like it, I'm not 100% sure as the colour is ever so slightly off but I will keep trying it as I've heard so many amazing things about it. The brush is very big and I feel like it would be great if you're in a rush as it barely takes any effort to blend.

Have you purchased any new beauty products recently?

** Disclaimer: All of these products were purchased with my own money, some were part of deals at the drugstore so some were actually free but I used my own money and points to purchase these. Any discount codes I can find that are still valid will be with the relevant product.
