The Weekly Round Up #79

I've got quite a few products to show you this week. But before I get into that, Summer is fast approaching and I have lots of summer appropriate themed posts so if you have any requests of makeup looks, product reviews or anything that you would like to see on my blog then please let me know, either email me or message me on social media and I would be happy to do those for you. Anyway on to what I've been loving this week.

My Garnier Micellar Water hasn't had much attention this week as I have been using the Simple Micellar Water to remove my makeup. I have found I go through this very quickly as I've been using it for just over a week and I am already half way through as it is a smaller size than the Garnier one.

I bought this Garnier Miracle Sleeping Cream a while ago with some other skincare products but I didn't want to bombard my skin with so many new products that I broke out and wouldn't know what caused it. So I finally got round to trying this and so far I am loving it. It feels very nourishing on the skin and hasn't broken me out so far. I am not recommending this to you as of yet, as I haven't used it enough to fully be happy to recommend it, but I do really like it so far and if you find Garnier skincare products to be very reliable and work well with your skin then I would say it's a great buy.

The foundation combination I've been using this week is Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk with the NARS Sheer Glow. I love that I get the coverage of the SG and the longevity of the Luminous Silk and they give a really nice not too dewey complexion, which I am all about now that the weather is getting warmer.

I've been loving very bronzed skin this week and these new Maybelline Master Sculpt Powders are great and have been the only thing I've used for bronzing and contouring. I use the light/medium shade as a bronzer as its a lot warmer toned and I use the Real Techniques Cheek Brush as that applies the product precisely, yet blends it out so it looks flawless and I just love how it looks. I use the medium/dark shade for contouring as its slightly cooler and it looks very natural yet defines my face. Love these and the highlighters in them are beautiful too.

Because I've been loving the bronze-y skin I want to add a nice glow and the jelly pong Pong All Over Glow has found it's way into my everyday makeup routine again this week. I love how this looks on my skin and its so versatile that you can use it before foundation, mixed in with your foundation or just tapped onto the cheek bones and high points of the face and all of these look stunning.

My Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil ran out last week so I've been using the Maybelline Brow Pencil (don't know the actual name as it all rubbed off after the first use). I like how easy this is to apply and the nib is really tiny like the Archery pencil. It doesn't have a spoolie on it which is annoying about brow pencils, but it does have a powder applicator at the other end which is very unusual but I don't tend to use that side.

The eye products I've been using this week are mainly cream formulas and first is the Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Stick in Bluffing which is a light bronze/taupe shade and they are my favourite kind of colours for my eyes on an everyday basis. I also love the Maxfactor Excess Shimmer in Copper which is another light bronze/taupe but this is more of a creamy mousse kind of texture and I love this as a light wash of colour if I'm in a rush or want a simple eye look. The Maybelline Master Drama Eyeliner in Brown is the liner I've been leaning towards this week as I love how it looks with these bronze taupe kind of shades on the lids. I apply it along the top and bottom lashes and I've just been loving how it looks.

I've been using the Nuxe Rev De Miel Lip Balm this week and I have fallen in love with it again. I apply this at night and it's still there in the morning and my lips just feel soft and moisturised and it's great for applying before you apply a lip product, especially a matte formula.

These are two candles I purchased from Homebase and I am just obsessed with the scents, the pink and green jar is a vanilla scent and I'm not too sure what the blue and green one is but it still smells incredible. I will definitely be picking up some more. Candles are lit all year round in my house and I love the jars for these which I will definitely be recycling.
