May Glossybox

Don't know why this box was so late but today's post is going to show you the products I received in Mays Glossybox.

The month is all about preparing for summer from hair to skincare.

MeMeMe Enchanted Eyes Dual Ended Eye Wand
Blue eyeliner is apparently a key trend this spring and summer so Glossybox sent a dual ended eyeshadow stick with two shades of blue. I'm not one to really wear blue eyeliner but the products themselves are very creamy and I have liked other MeMeMe products before so I will give this a try and if I like the look I create then I'll do a separate post on that. This is £6.95 which is pretty reasonable considering a Rimmel shadow stick is around £8 and which only comes with one shade.

Etre Belle Aloe Vera Ultra Moisturising Gel
Aloe Vera is a very moisturising and healing for your skin and in the summer out skin goes through a lot, sun damage, heat, air conditioning, going to the beach or pool or whatever it may be. So this product is meant to be a refreshing gel which hydrates and soothes your skin, so it would be perfect for sunburn. It hydrates by going delivering moisture deep below the surface of the skin. This is £15.93 which I think is slightly expensive as you can get aloe Vera gel from health stores or even boots which are way under a tenner so not sure about this one but I'll definitely try it as I have very fair skin and no matter how much SPF I put on its never enough.

Zerreau Towel Off Shampoo Foam
I've never heard of a product like this before but it is very intriguing and I'm keen to give it a try although not too sure about how it will leave my hair feeling but we shall see and I will definite.y keep you up to date with it but it's basically a foam that you apply to your dry hair to get rid of oils and product build up so that you don't have to wash your hair as much. This costs £7.95

SASS Intimate Perfect Skin Concentrate
I don't know why I felt the need to smell this but the scent isn't particularly pleasing, as for the product it's self the packaging looks very swanky and high quality, but I've received a product like this before which I use and like but I'll certainly give this a try too. This is priced at £12 so it better be darn good.

Philosophy Renewed Hope in a Jar Refreshing & Refining Moisturiser
I don't think they really needed to name that so long did they? This is a very small sample which feels practically empty but I've heard some great things about Philosophy skincare and although I've never really been interested in trying it I will certainly give this a go and see how I like it. This is a higher end brand so it's £35.50 which is more than I like to pay for my moisturiser.

This month also came with a card giving a sneak peak into June's box which is festival themed and there's some flash tattoos that will be appearing so I am really looking forward to seeing them and trying them as I haven't tried flash tattoos yet.
