The Weekly Round Up #63

08:00

All righty then, I hope you've enjoyed drugstore week. But today it's on to my favourites of the week. So here they are...

The Maxfactor Creme Puff Blushers have been my blush of choice this week. The Gorgeous Berries is a really nice, autumn/winter appropriate shade which I really love and don't have anything similar to this. But the Seductive Pink is my favourite out of the two. It looks really beautiful, gives a nice flush to the cheeks and what's awesome about these is that they last all day on the cheeks. I really like to apply them using the Real Techniques Cheek Brush (limited edition) as it blends it out perfectly and gets the perfect amount of product.

Another Maxfactor product now and this week I've been wearing the Excess Shimmer Eyeshadow in Copper all over the lid, with Bronze on the outer corner and I'm loving how it looks. These are really long wearing cream shadows and are super easy to apply.

Next is the L'oreal Nude Magique Blur Cream, and this is the primer I've been using this week. I haven't even picked up the Benefit Porefessional at all this week which is crazy but shows just how much I love this one. Definitely worth picking the cheaper alternative up.

The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light has been giving such a beautiful glow to my skin and I love to apply it with the Real Techniques Duo Fibre Face Brush as it applies the perfect amount over the skin but nothing too heavy or cakey.

Because I'm all about the glow this week (I am every week) The Balm Mary Lou-Manizer has been on my cheeks every single day. I will never get over how beautiful this highlighter is and I doubt I will be even making a dent in this anytime soon either. But it's a beautiful shade and makes my cheekbones look stunning.

My skincare product of the week is the GlamGlow SuperMud Mask. This has really brought down inflammation and redness as I broke out this week. This stuff is magic and although it's expensive, it's flipping awesome.

For hair, I've got back into using the Bumble & Bumble Crème Contour, I don't even remember when I last used this before this week but I've been using it to add some texture and add a bit of extra summin summin and it now lives in my everyday hair staples basket.

(Here's a peak at some of the exercises I've been trying out)

This week I've had some what of an epiphany. Something just changed in me and I really hope I can keep it up, and other than kicking ass on my targets at work, I never thought I would say this, but I've been getting into yoga. Now I need to make this very clear, the yoga I am doing, is no way the right way to do it, as my bones are as weak as a babies, I haven't got a lot of strength and being in constant pain everyday makes it difficult to exercise. So I'm taking it slow to start with and then hopefully I will get stronger and build the difficulty up gradually. But so far I am just enjoying learning something new. So if you have any great yoga/workout playlists to recommend or any YouTubers you can think of that know they're way around a yoga mat then please let me know.

Alright, that's it for this weeks round up. Check back tomorrow where I go through a few ways to pamper yourself when you're stuck for time, or money.

What have you been loving this week?
