The Weekly Round Up #64

Not too many things to include this week, but thought I'd go through the bits I've liked even if there's not many. 


First is the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Nude Compliment, and this is a shimmery champagne cream shadow that looks fine on its own but I've been using it as a base for my next favourite...

The Makeup Revolution Iconic 1 Palette. I've used this everyday this week as I love the shades. You will see more of it tomorrow in my February favourites as I'll show you the look I've been wearing quite a lot recently.

I've been mixing the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in with my NARS Sheer Glow and I've really like the coverage it gives and it's the right amount of dewey. 

As for lips, I've rediscovered my Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in 05, as this was shoved to the back of the drawer but I've picked it back out and I'm still in love with the formula. It's balmy, glossy, smells awesome and so nourishing. Really keen to get my hands on the new lip balm stick ones too, they look lavly.

Also for the lips I've been reaching for the Maybelline Baby Lips this week. I've been particularly keen on the Dr Rescue in Berry Soft, but I also have Pink Punch and Cherry Me which give a nice tint to the lips. 




O.P.I. Taupe-less Beach is an amazing neutral shade which I have been wearing all week. I've reapplied and touched up and it's just a perfect shade for everyday. 


In case you didn't know I've been dabbling into some yoga type stuff and I've been really enjoying it and feel like I'm improving my strength and control, especially in my hips so really pleased.
Ive got some favourite YouTubers for yoga and other general strengthening exercises and I've been loving these channels this week. The instructors are so informative and nice and really spur you on through the workouts or poses. There's no messing around, just do the workout, show some alternatives if can't do the full pose. What's also great is although most are mainly yoga based, there are specific workouts or poses for back or hamstrings or arms etc. Plus there's some lifestyle bits and bobs added in, with healthy diets and recipes etc. and meditation which is surprisingly difficult to get in to - switching my brain off isn't as easy as I first thought. But I highly recommend checking these guys out for workout and yoga related stuff.

Just downloaded the Pump Up app too which I'm keen to start following people and get motivated and inspired to do some sort of exercise even if it's not yoga based and is just taking the dog out for a walk.
