Monday Mani #23 - 2014 faves

08:00

It's the first Monday Mani of the year and today's is continuing on with my yearly favourites. There wasn't enough room in the other two posts I did and I thought it would be appropriate to have the first Monday mani as my faves. So here's what I've been loving, which is everything to so with nails and hands.

There's been so many awesome nail polish launches this year and I've found some great formulas and shades amongst them so I want to share those with you. Plus, Monday Mani also started in 2014 too which I've been really loving as I love doing my nails, getting different nail polishes and effects and generally experimenting with them so here's what I've been loving.

Treat
Starting off with treating the nails. The Badger Cuticle Balm has really helped to soften and heal around my cuticles and it's a life saver for the cold months. I often find myself picking at the skin around my nails, and this stuff is so great at healing it and softening it. It does it incredibly quick too which is amazing, so I carry this with me everywhere. The Garnier Mango Hand Cream has been amazing at keeping my hands soft and moisturised without them feeling greasy or sticky, Iit's by far my favourite hand cream I've tried yet. It's great for when I'm at work typing as they tend to get really dry and rough.

Top Coat
I am pretty certain it was at the beginning of the year that I discovered Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat. This makes painting my nails so quick and easy and it makes my nails look shiny and glossy for a lot time. I highly recommend this for anyone who is impatient when it comes to doing their nails. This literally dries your nails in a few minutes and although you still need to be careful, it makes the process of waiting around, a lot quicker.

Nail Polish
Also in 2014, I discovered pink nail polish. My goodness, this was a real shock as I'm not a pink kinda gal. So here's some of my favourite pink nail polishes...

...and then some of my other favourites from the year...

Then it's onto Barry M - Huckleberry, Blue Grape, Sugar Apple, Almond, Shocking Pink, Pink Punch, Pomegranate, Grapefruit, Guava.

Finally for the rest of my favourites, Maxfactor Gel Shine - Twinkling Pink, Poppy Patent, Sparkling Berry, Maxfactor GlossFinity - Raspberry Blush, Angel Nails, And for the rest... O.P.I. in Taupe-Less Beach and You're Such a Budapest, Maybelline Superstay in Mint for Life and Uptown Blue. Then there's Revlon's Flirt, and finally for the glittery shades, Sinful Colors Queen of Beauty and All That Jazz in Jemimas, Don't Step on my Red Bottoms

These are my most favourites from the entire year. I love every single one of these polishes and highly recommend them.
