The Weekly Round Up #57

08:00

This week saw the official beginning of 2015. Everyone is back to work and morning traffic is back with a vengeance.

I've got some awesome ideas for IABT this year so hope you stick around and enjoy it. But anywho, on with this weeks round up...

Last week I included a TV series called Chuck that I've been watching non stop. This week, I finished the entire thing. Seasons 1 to 5, and although I'm not particularly happy about the ending of the series, I still liked the rest of it. I finished Chuck mid week so it was then time to find another TV series (what can I say, I'm addicted), so I found White Collar. The main guy was on Chuck so thought I'd give it a try. It's about a convict who specialises in art, forgery, fraud etc and he helps the FBI. It's not the best TV series I've seen but it's okay for now.

Another non mover on the favourites front is the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Palette which I am still playing around with and testing out. I love this palette so I just had to put in an order for the Ambient Lighting Powder Palette which I am also equally in love with. For blush, I use the Real Techniques Multi Task Brush and for the powder, it's the RT Setting Brush. It's a beautiful luxury product, and everyone deserves a bit of luxury every now and then.

There's a lot of trends circling their way around and one of those is Gold Prints. They come in all different shapes and sizes with different designs and even different foils. These particular ones I bought from Etsy but I plan on getting a few more. I love how classy they look and I'm on the search for the perfect frames so if anyone has any idea, let me know.

For the hair, my current favourite product ever is the Batiste Dry Shampoo for dark hair. No white cast, no greasy hair, just volume, texture, and hold. Exactly what my hair needs.

With it being winter, my hands get very dry so hand cream is an essential that I carry everywhere. My favourite is the Garnier Mango Hand Cream which leaves my hands soft and moisturised with no greasy residue left behind. I've never been bothered about hand creams before, but this is the only one I have repurchased so it's definitely a favourite.
