Monday Mani #22

I thought I would show you a really Christmassy nail polish that can be paired with lots of different colours and used in a few of different ways, using these polishes...

This is based around the All that Jazz - Jemimas Don't Step On My Red Bottoms which I received in Decembers Glossybox, and it's a stunning red polish with teeny tiny red glitter in, which unfortunately you can see in any of the photos I took of it actually on my nails, but it looks stunning, you'll have to trust me on that. So I wanted to show you how I will be wearing it for Christmas Day.

1. First start with a base coat to protect your natural nail.

2. Then add two coats of a red polish to your nails you want red - I went for bright red like Rimmel Kate Polish in Mars rather than burgundy to match the base of the glitter polish.

3. I did my ring fingers and thumb a beautiful gold shade which is Ciates Sand Dune

4. Finally, add on your red glitter polish which is the All that Jazz - Jemimas Don't Step On My Red Bottoms polish. I added a coat or two depending on what look you're going for. Then add some top coat to seal it all in and smooth it over.

It's as easy as that.

You could also use the red glitter polish as a French tip kind of style where the entire nail is red and just the tip has the red glitter on.
You could also apply the red glitter over the gold to create a different look.
You could add some gold glitter over top of the gold polish.

Check out my How to: Remove Glitter Nail Polish post HERE for when it's time to remove the glitter.
