The Weekly Round Up #51

First off I want to start by saying I'm sorry I missed yesterday and didn't post anything. I don't really have an excuse other than I forgot to schedule it to go up and I didn't want to put it up in the evening so I'm sorry. But you have two posts for the weekend.

This week has gone by so fast. I can't believe it's December on Monday. Did anyone do some Black Friday shopping? Wasn't it crazy? Although I love that the UK has taken some tips off America and done this as well. It's been crazy but I've picked up some really lovely things which you'll be seeing over the next few weeks but here's what I've been loving from this week.

I've got a couple of lip products that I've been liking this week. Starting with the Revlon Lip Butter in Raspberry Pie. These got very popular a little while ago but this was always my favourite colour. I love the berry tone of it and what's better is if applied right, they really stain your lips so the colour lasts a long time even if they balm gloss part has gone.
Now I've included this in pretty much all my weekly round ups this month, and this week I've been building it up so it's super opaque on my lips. It's the Maybelline Color Drama in Keep it classyBefore hand I was just dabbing it on and blending it in with my finger but I've been loving wearing it more full on. It's such a stunning shade and I have some new shades which I'm sure you'll see very soon.

I may have picked up some other lip products which have gone into this cup so I know where they are.

The blush that I've been wearing every single day is the No7 Pop & Glow Cream Blush in Classic Rose. I love to shade and the formula is really easy to apply, blends well and lasts pretty long too for a cream blush. It's very pigmented though so you have to be careful of that but otherwise, I love it.

On my travels yesterday (shopping trip) I picked up the new Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil & Brush, which I've been keen to pick up for a while. I have the original Archery Pencil but that also had a felt tip on the other end which I don't really use. The only difference is that the new formula is a bit harder than the original and the tip is a lot smaller which I suppose is better for precision and making brow like strokes it just takes a bit longer but I've been loving it and think it will be my new favourite brow product.

I've also picked up the Maxfactor Excess Shimmer Pot which I've been really excited about picking up and for good reason. It's bloomin' amazing. You put this stuff on, you have about 30 seconds to blend and mess around with it and then that's it. It sets and it's on for good. It doesn't crease, you don't need a primer. It's awesome. Highly recommend, and at the minute, you get a free gift with Maxfactor products and you get a set which has a value of 30 something pounds and you get a Flase Lash Effect Mascara, Glossfinity Nail Polish, Shadow Pot in Gold and a beautiful red lipstick.

I picked up a mini Embryolisse Lait Crème Concentraté Moisturiser this week as I'd heard lots of great things about it and I'm almost out of my Origins Night-a-mins and wanted to try something different. This moisturiser makes my face so soft and smooth it really is my favourite part of my routine now. I've only been using it at night but I will be trying it during the day time to see how it works with my skin and under makeup. But I highly recommend this. You can get this 30ml size for £12.99 from Feel Unique so it's worth giving it a try for a nice, basic moisturiser that makes your skin feel like velvet, it's bloomin' awesome. A very good find.

The Charles Worthington Volume & Bounce Texturising Spray is something I've been using everyday to give my hair some body and life as it's very long now and tends to get very flat and limp. This stuff is awesome and I've going through a couple bottles of this already.

This week the weather has got incredibly cold and so I've had to dig out the old Burgundy Beany to keep my head and ears warm. I love this thing. My best friend got me this for Christmas last year and I've worn it a lot since. It's just perfect for the winter when it's windy and miserable outside. Speaking of which, hasn't it been awful this week? Really foggy and misty and raining a lot. I love the autumn and winter months but this week has been a bit of a pain in the butt weather wise.

Hope you have liked reading what I've been loving this week and feel free to let me know what your favourite products are. Tomorrow is monthly favourites time so check back bright and early tomorrow to see my November Faves.

Are you looking forward to Christmas?
