A Weekend Post: The Weekly Round Up #38

13:43

This week I've been feeling pretty crap. There's nothing like losing your voice and coughing all night to get you motivated for work in the morning. But there's been a few things which have made my life a heck of a lot easier this week.

For hair, the messy curls is something I've been doing a lot recently, and it's super quick and easy in the morning to refresh it a little and mix in some texturising magic. It's as easy as that. The Toni & Guy Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray has been the one that has got me through this week. My hair has looked darn right terrible when I haven't used this. Let's just say it would have been a lot worse without good ol' T&G.

Makeup hasn't exactly been the top priority, but when it comes to looking a little less scary and a little more presentable, every little helps. But there's been some products which have been a total life saver and probably prevented a lot of people being scarred for life seeing me without makeup on.

Last weeks fave, the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer deserves another mention as it has continued to hide dark circles and the nasty breakouts that come with being run down. Gross right?
To add some extra colour to my cheeks, cream blushers have been the only thing that seemed to look natural, but help with the white as a ghost thing. Something like the Bourjois Cream Blush in 03 or the No7 Pop & Glow Cream Blush in Classic Rose are the most used this week.
As for the eyes, the Urban Decay Naked 1 Palette has made a much needed appearance and has really helped this week, along with the Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Black. Now this, this has made me look presentable when it was the last thing on my mind.

With being poorly, watching Netflix or Amazon Instant/LoveFilm was all I had to keep my sane so Castle has been my company and it's a good'un.
