A Weekend Post: The Weekly Round Up #24

14:51

It's finally the weekend!!

Hope you've all had a brilliant week, thank goodness it's the weekend. Here's the products I have been loving this week.

For some reason I have been noticing my dark circles a lot more recently making me very self conscious about them and no matter what I do I can't cover them completely which is driving me insane. To be honest I don't know if they have been like this for a long time but my eyes are just so dark and just look awful. So to hide some of that grossness I have been using the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser along with the Rimmel master Perfection Concealer. These have both been helping, and although they don't cover them completely, they are sure giving it a good old try and are definitely a brilliant combo.

As you've all seen, my obsession for the MAC Well Dressed Blush is just ridiculous, but I've been trying to use the No7 Pop & Glow Blush which gives a really nice, natural flush to the cheeks which is the look I've been going for. I have also really enjoyed using the Instant Radiance Highlighter as again it is something that is so natural yet gives a really nice glow to the skin.

I have also rediscovered the Soap & Glory One Heck Of A Blot Translucent Powder, it does a great job at setting the concealer under my eyes and I love how lightweight and undetectable it is.

L'Oreal L'Extraordinaire Liquid Lipsticks have appeared a few times on IABT and for good reason. Being oil based, these are so smooth and creamy on the lips, they moisturise whilst looking stunning on the lips and I love the nude colours as well as the brighter and bolder shades. Be sure to check back this week to see a look including these.

Onto a skincare item, the Garnier Fresh Essentials Scrub is quite a scrubby exfoliator (I know, I know, I can't describe it any other way) which does a great job at smoothing the dry skin around my nose and gives makeup a nice soft and smooth base.

This Lauren Conrad Beauty Book appeared last weekend and I read it in about 3 days. I love the tips and ideas in here, as well as the makeup looks, hair ideas, skincare tips and lots more. I love Lauren Conrad so be sure to check back tomorrow to see my LC inspired makeup look.

Hope you have enjoyed this post. I had an opportunity to write a guest post on lvbhstyle.com so please go over and take a look to see my top 10 under £10 Summer essentials.
