A Feature: April Favourites

This month has seen quite a lot happen on IABT, and I have been loving so many products and I've picked out my favourites to share with you.

The Weekly Round Up #17

The Weekly Round Up #19

The Weekly Round Up #20

First off is something that I am really excited about, and it's the Liebster Awards, an award that is for new bloggers which you then do a post on answering questions, giving some random facts about yourself, nominating some new bloggers you like to read and then asking them some questions. I was really grateful to receive this as it gets the new bloggers who are not so well known, to get to know each other a little bit and possibly get some new readers, followers and maybe friends. So thanks again to Chloe and Annie.

Starting off (with actual products) is possibly one of my favourite subjects in the beauty world... skincare. First up is a product I finally managed to pick up again after being without it for a few weeks and my skin has been loving it the Origins Night-a-Mins is my favourite night time moisturiser/treatment, and I'm so glad to have it back in my routine.
Next for skincare is The Body Shop Ionic Seaweed Mask which I have been using a lot more this month and I just love how it gives a deep clean and draws out all the impurities.

Onto my second favourite subject, makeup. For primer I have been loving the L'Oreal Lumi Magique Base which is so good at giving a glow to the skin without making you look shiny or greasy. As for base the L'Oreal True Match Foundation and the Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation have probably been my most used foundations, which even used together makes a brilliant combo to get the perfect coverage.

This month I have been totally obsessed with the M.A.C. Powder Blush in Well Dressed. It's such a pretty light pink shade which has a little bit of shimmer in so gives a beautiful glow whilst still looking natural. I love this thing, and I have been especially loving using it with this Angled Contour Brush I found on Amazon. It's been pretty much the only blush I have worn this month and this brush makes it so easy to apply.

I have really got in to doing my brows recently as I have just found it really finishes of the makeup look and frames my face. My favourite products to do this has been the Lioele Eyebrow Pencil and the  Maybelline Brow Drama in Medium Brown. I use the pencil to fill in any sparse areas and the brow gel to add some more colour, shape and set them in place. This is the product that has got me into doing my brows, so I have this to thank.

Onto accessories now and this Turquoise Heart Necklace, Long Gold Cross Necklace and Midi Rings in general have been my most used jewellery items this month. This Blue Leather Bag from Pia is the perfect size and it's a stunning colour which I have nothing similar to.

Onto some random bits now and possibly my favourite thing ever from this month has been The Walking Dead Seasons 1-4 I went through the first two seasons in about a week and seasons 3 and 4 I paced myself but I have been totally obsessed with this TV show and I am so excited for season 5. Now I have finished all seasons available, I need something else to watch so any recommendations would be very appreciated.
Finally, there's an outfit and I have been wearing this a lot for work and I just love it. The daisy print dress is from the Tesco clothing line Cherokee, the skirt is one from eBay and the the cardigan I think was from Matalan. I love this outfit, it's appropriate for work yet feels summery and can be adapted for warm or even cold weather. It can also be dressed down with a skater skirt and flat shoes, or dressed up with a blazer and some heels.

It's a lot of favourites I know but each and every one of these is truly a favourite this month and I've also seen the true start to one of my favourite times of year, Spring.
