A Beauty Chat: What's On My Face #5

I thought I would do an extra post today as it is such a beautiful and sunny Sunday. So let's get cracking...

First for base I use the Benfit Porefessional on the problems areas with the Clarins Beauty Flash Balm for an added radiance. Then I used the L'Oreal True Match Foundation in N1, which I am trying to use more and I love it, it's such a good, lightweight but good coverage foundation. Then for concealer I used the Benefit Erase Paste in 1 Brightening on my dark circles and bags, and the L'Oreal Lumi Magique Highlighting Pen to brighten areas to make me look a little more awake with a glow. The MAC Studio Finish Concealer is perfect to cover blemishes and redness that the foundation didn't.

Blushers are my new fave products to try and I love the brights cheeks look for this Spring. So the Topshop Cream Blush in Afternoon Tea was my blush of choice today and then using a paddle foundation brush to apply the No7 Instant Radiance Highlighter on my cheekbones.

Next is eyes and I started off with Urban Decay Naked 1 Buck in the crease, then with the Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeliner in Taupe I applied this on my upper and lower lash line, then using Sidecar, I applied this over top of the taupe eyeliner and smudged it out. Then with a brown eyeliner on my upper and lower waterline I used a small amount of Hustle in the crease and outer corner of top and bottom lash line to add a little more depth and deepness to the look. A curl of the eyelashes and then I used the Maxfactor Excess Volume Step 1 on the top lashes and Maybelline Big Eyes Step 2 on the lower lashes. This has been my go to mascara combo.

Although not in the picture above, I used the Revlon Lacquer Balm in Demure which gave a touch of pink with the added shine. That's everything done.

I like this look as it's very simple and perfect for the warmer spring weather.

How's your sunny Sunday afternoon?
