A Weekend Post: The Weekly Roundup #9

15:09

With quite a few new additions to the ATB beauty stash, I have been loving a few things in particular from my recent shopping shenanigans but also a few oldies too.

First from my new additions is the Clarins (of course) Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch, I love the silky soft texture it gives my skin and it really helps even out my problematic areas. I've been using the Beauty Flash Balm with it as well and I am loving this combo at the minute.

Next newly purchased product is the Clarins Instant Light Lip Perfector in 01 Rose Shimmer. I have been really getting into the natural/nude pink glossy lip look so this has just been perfect either over top of something or on its own.

Enough of the Clarins now, and on to the old, rediscovered products. The E.L.F. Cream Blush has always scared me as it is just so bright and runs the risk of looking like it's from a clowns makeup bag. But applied lightly with a round top brush and using a stippling motion, it gives a beautiful natural flush to the cheeks and I have loved having bright cheeks and pink lips as my daily makeup look for work.

Now onto skincare and I have used the Aesop Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque twice since I've had it and it has been amazing for my skin. It draws out the impurities and really helps with breakouts. I definitely recommend this and is definitely going to be a staple in my Sunday evening pamper sesh.

The Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm, is as you all may know a well loved cleanser in the beauty world. Since trying this, I cannot live without it. I use it every evening after I've removed my makeup and I just love how soft it makes my skin, removes every last trace of dirt, makeup and grime and if left on for 15 minutes it is a soothing and calming treatment.

For nails I have been wearing this Barry M Gelly Shine Nail Paint in Blueberry. I love their nail polishes anyway but the Gelly shine ones are beautiful to apply, make nails very shinny and last ages. This colour has been a new addition to my ever growing collection and it has just the right amount of lilac tones in it to make it a touch more unique than a normal pastel blue shade.

I absolutely love the L'Oreal EverRiche shampoo and conditioner and the elixir spray thing but I've recently got the hair mask in the tub and it has made my hair so soft and nourished, that it is definitely weekly round up material.
