A New Thing: Haul - The Body Shop, Boots &Cult Beauty Part 1

So payday has been and gone, and a brainstorm for what All things Beauty will bring to the table in February meant that a few purchases had to be made. With valentines day fast approaching and the drooling over products I have had my eye on just got far too much, I thought I would put a few purchases in to the likes of some newly discovered sites: Liberty, Escentual and also to some old favourites: The Body Shop and Cult Beauty. I put some money aside when I got my Christmas bonus and pay rise so that is how I am able to justify these purchases, and I won't be buying anything else this month, I promise.

This is part 1 of the haul which is everything from The Body Shop, Cult Beauty and Boots.

Up first is from The Body Shop, the Honey Bronzer in Light MatteRadiant HighlighterSeaweed Ionic Clay Mask, and Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter. I have been wanting to try all of these for the longest time so with 50% off everything it was the only sensible option. Passing on a deal like that is just craziness, pure craziness. I have tried the highlighter, bronzer and cleanser and I have been really impressed with them so far.

Cultbeauty.co.uk is one of my fave beauty sites, and this is a long over due purchase, but I finally have the Aesop Parsley Seed Facial Cleansing Masque. Another mask I know but a valid reason for this is that I am testing out some masks, new discoveries and old favourites for an upcoming post. So they were all bought for a reason and when every single item I purchased had a discount code or was on offer, it's the beauty goddesses way of saying she wants me to buy these things. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

A quick stop at Boots on Saturday and I picked up two new mascaras... Who needs two you ask? Me, that's who. Both the Maybelline The Falsies Big Eyes Waterproof Mascara and Maxfactor Extreme Volume Mascara have been newly released this year and have had some mixed reviews so I thought I would see if my cray super straight eye lashes would be a match for these drugstore mascaras. Can either of them take the place of my beloved Maybelline The Rocket Waterproof Mascara? I'll keep you posted.

So keep an eye out for posts featuring these products and I will be sure to let you know what I think of them.
Part 2 of this haul will be up in a few days as I am just waiting for the last few products to be delivered so check back at the end of the week. Or subscribe using your email to my blog so you get updates when a new post is published.
