A Review - Origins

18:14

Whilst on the search for a perfect day time and night time moisturiser I thought I would give the Origins GinZing and High Potency Night-A-Mins Moisturisers a go to see if these are the answers to my nourishing needs.

GinZing Moisturiser:
On first application this was very light with a gel like texture and a very strong citrus scent, after a few uses the moisturiser became my favourite thing to put on in my morning routine, it is refreshing, light, sinks in to the skin quickly and makes a perfect base for makeup. The only thing that puts me off, is the scent but it is bearable if it means my skin is going to look healthy, refreshed and moisturised.

High Potency Night-A-Mins Moisturiser:
This still has a fairly strong citrus scent which is more bearable in this one so it doesn't bother me huge amounts but this is a much thicker texture and a little goes a long way. It is so moisturising and easy to apply and again sinks in to the skin so quickly. This product along with Indeed Laboratories Hydraluron is my skin savior for firming, plumping, smoothing and hydrating my skin and I have noticed a difference in the texture of my skin. I do still get the odd spot here and there but they go overnight and they aren't painful like the ones I previously had.

I am incredibly happy with the skincare routine I have at the minute and even though I am always wanting to try different things these are Holy Grail, material and I think I will always come back to them. Maybe.

Have you tried these? What's your favourite moisturiser - day or night?
