August Favourites

So to get things started on my blog I thought I would do my August Favourites.

So I'm just going to get straight in to it...

So first up is the L'Oreal Rouge Caresse lipsticks in Rebel Red and Tempting Lilac. These have been my go to lip products this month. I'm addicted to them. I love the formula, I love the colours, and I love that they are so moisturising and easy to put on, I just love everything about them.

Next up is from Lioele and it's the Beyond the Solution BB Cream. I have been totally obsessed with it and have worn this for most of August. The packaging looks very simple but cute, and with a squeezy tube and pump they have also covered the hygiene side of things as well. I love this product and generally, I don't say that about a BB cream. But this one has got me hooked.

I haven't had the best of luck with Maybelline mascaras, the colossal and the cat eye ones just didn't work for me. When I heard so many good things about The Rocket Volume Express mascara I just had to try it. And I'm so glad I did. I didn't have high hopes when I saw the wand but somehow it just works and I will always have this mascara in my collection.
I wonder what goodies Maybelline will bring out for Autumn.

Next I  have two skincare items.
I am trying to stick to a skincare routine to hopefully get my skin to calm down a little bit. But every time I see something new which claims to do what I want it to do, I pick it up. I'm now left with far too many products which I just don't have the space for.
But this cleanser, with it's hefty price tag has done exactly what I wanted it to do. It's of course, the Emma Hardy Moringa Cleansing balm. Luckily, I got mine from feelunique.com during their summer sale, but this cleansing balm is every bit worth the money and the hype.
It feels so luxurious and gets every last trace of makeup off your face, (without the need to rub and pull at your skin) and it leaves your face feeling smooth and soft. It's not like other cleansing balms I've tried (and believe me I've tried a few). I highly recommend this product.
This cleanser is holy grail material.

Finally is a Michael Todd True Organics product. I bought this a few months ago and I absolutely fell in love with it. I mean who wouldn't. It's an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial toner which also helps to prevent acne/spots. It is very moisturising and refreshing, and is exactly what I want from my toner and more. I want to try some more things from the Michael Todd True Organics range including the masks and cleansers, so I will keep you updated and my thoughts once I have tried them.

Every month I will be posting my monthly beauty favourites, where I tell you the things that I have been loving that month and giving a little review on each product.
Feel free to let me know your thoughts on any of these products, if you have tried them and if you liked them or not.

Thank you for reading
